Vanuatu’s traditional customary leaders, the Malvatumauri have benefited from adaptive leadership training by the CEO of Transparency International Vanuatu. The CEO is a member of the cadre of adaptive leadership facilitators across five Pacific who attended PLP’s Pacific Regional Leadership Initiative.

Our work in Vanuatu is focused on three broad priority areas with the following partners:

  • Community leadership-  Transparency International Vanuatu
  • Women’s leadership- Women in Shared Decision Making (WISDM) coalition
  • Future developmental leadership- Vanuatu National Youth Council
