The Pacific Leadership Program has a focus on contributing to knowledge and current debate on the impact of leadership in developmental change. One of the ways we do this is through commissioning research and case studies on issues and promising initiatives in the Pacific region.

We also draw on and contributes to knowledge on developmental leadership through  a partnership with a AusAID led multi stakeholder group known as the Developmental Leadership Program (DLP). PLP and our partner organisations will identify and commission studies and learning will have a practical bearing on future leadership work in the Pacific.
