Financial Trainers Graduate

Seven financial trainers graduated from a Training of Financial Trainers (TFT) course at the PLP office in Suva on Friday 10 February. The seven are finance managers in civil society, church-based and private sector organisations in Tonga, Samoa, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. They underwent a four-day course on sharing financial knowledge with other finance officers in their home communities through creative and interactive training.

We are seeking experienced, motivated professionals to join our Suva-based team in the following positions:

Program Officer – Research and Learning

This position will contribute to the development and implementation of PLP’s Research Strategy; maintain a research database; foster effective relationships with research institutions and stakeholders; support partners to define their research needs; coordinate commissioned research projects; and disseminate findings to the development community.

Program Officer – Country and Sector Programs

This position will assist to develop and maintain PLP’s relationships, networks and activities in key focus country and sectors, and to contribute to the successful planning, implementation and monitoring of all Program activities.
